Treat customers fairly and professionally

Restaurants must not:

Manipulate ratings or reviews

6. Rider Responsibilities

Delivery partners must:

Deliver orders safely and professionally
Follow traffic laws
Protect customer information
Handle food and packages responsibly

Riders must not:

Tamper with orders
Misuse customer information
Engage in harassment or abusive conduct
Mark deliveries completed when they have not been delivered

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Treat riders and restaurants respectfully

Customers must not:

Abuse refund systems
Submit fraudulent complaints
Harass restaurant staff or riders
Use stolen payment methods

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

Suspend or terminate accounts
Reject transactions
Report illegal activities to relevant authorities

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice.
